Avocado Pie

From the kitchen of Cadillac Ed (RIP1988) Yelapa, Mexico

Turns out like a frozen ice-cream pie...



  1. beat egg whites to soft peaks... gradually add sugar.
  2. in another bowl, mash avocados until smooth... add lime juice and zest... beat until blended... gradually adding sweetened condensed milk.
  3. fold the meringue into the avocado mixture.
  4. fill the pie shell and refrigerate for at least three hours.
